1. To improve the scientific and technical standard of cardiovascular, chest physicians and surgeons.
2. To improve scientific and social co operation among members.
3. To cooperate actively with regional and international cardiac societies.
4. To promote research and publication of medical and scientific work in cardiovascular medicine.
